- Can I buy online?

- How do I know what bedding mortar to use when installing a manhole cover in the road?
- When using cast iron manhole covers and frames a cement based bedding compound should be used, but if a ductile cover is used, a bedding compound based on resin, for the extra tensile strength is recomended
- I need to repair a damaged floor and have it open to heavy use after a weekend
- Use Adawall Epoxy Repair Mortar, a three componment, fast curing, hard wearing, chemical resistant compound that can be applied as thin as 5mm.
- My step is damaged, how do I repair it?
- Use Adawall Step Repair, a fast setting cement based compound, - just wet the surface, mix the copound with water and trowel into the damaged area.
- What is the difference between an epoxy and a polyester mortar?
- An epoxy mortar needs to generate heat to set, whereas polyester sets by chemical reactions
- How can I improve my concreting, avoiding dusting and surface crazing, and have an alternative to disposing of polythene sheets?
- Spray Adawall Curing Aid on to the surface of your concrete, at the rate of 1 litre per 5m2, as soon as you can walk on it. This will eliminate rapid drying of the concrete, improving the quality.
- How can I stop my formwork from sticking to concrete?
- Apply a coating of Mould Oil to the surface by brush, roller or spray coverage up to 30m2 a litre.
- How do I seal a timber frame to prevent grout loss?
- Use Adawall Professional Silicone to seal all gaps and cracks.
- How do I seal pipes passing through a wall?
- Use Adawall Expanding Foam - perfect!
- How do I support protection boards against a waterproof membrane?
- Use Adawall Construction Adhesive gunned onto the membrane.
- I have a dusty floor, what can I do?
- A single coat application of Concrete Dustproofer is the simple answer, just pour on the floor and spread with a soft broom or medium pile roller.
- I need to repair a joint arris, what material should I use?
- Adawall Epoxy Mortar, after cutting a square edge with a grinder, the mortar can be used down to 5mm thick - use a piece of timber to keep the profile of the joint, and once the mortar has set, replace the sealant with a suitable compound.
- What can I use as a sealing compound with line drainage units?
- Use Adawall Elastomeric Bitumen Sealant, a cartridge material that stays pliable and fits a standard skelenton gun.
- How do I bolt down a guard rail and be sure the bolts dont rust?
- Use Resin fixing Paste, injected into a hole, a steel stud embedded into the resin will be incapsulated by a waterproof compound.
- How do I fix cable ducts to a tanked basement?
- Use Adawall Construction Adhesive for instant grab.
- How do I fix skirting boards to my waterproofed basement?
- Use Adawall Construction Adhesive to ensure you do not puncture the waterproof membrane.
- How do I repair a leaking flat roof?
- Use Adawall Bitumen Sealant to repair holes and tears in a felt roof. This product can be applied in the wet.
- How do I waterproof my render?
- Step 1: Wet the wall with water. Step 2: Prime the wet wall with a mixture, consisting of, 4 in 1, which has been diluted in the ratio of 1:1 with water and added to cement until a creamy consistancy has been reached. Step 3: Render on two 6mm coats of cement and sand, which has been mixed in the proportions of, 1 part cement and 2 parts dry sharp sand by volume, and has been mixed with a liquor consisting of 1 part 4 in 1, and 1 part water. Step 4: This mixture is then trowled onto the wet or tacky primer which is protected from premature drying, by covering with polythene sheet.
- What do I use to waterproof concrete against groundwater?
- Two coats of Adawall Liquid Waterproofer will stop all water ingress, brush onto the dry surface, this product will also stop steel rusting and can be used to line water tanks.
